Lea Feder is the founder of WAY TO WIN. As an upcoming medical doctor and former professional athlete in handball and cycling, she provides expert advice based on her profound knowledge. Together with her team at WAY TO WIN, she has already coached over 2000 endurance sports enthusiasts. As a graduate bioinformatician (B. Sc.), she also developed the software for performance diagnostics and training calculations at WAY TO WIN herself.
In the coaching sessions, the WAY TO WIN team of experts will meet you where you are right now with your performance. Location-independent, flexible, digital and still personal: ongoing contact, your personal contact person and individual planning of training, nutrition and regeneration are the basis. With personal support, you will be optimally prepared to achieve your goals and supported with important know-how.
WAY TO WIN creates an individual training plan that suits you and your everyday life – complemented by the topics of nutrition and stress management. Throughout the entire time, online performance diagnostics are used to ensure that you are on the right way to your personal sports goal and that the fine-tuning for your personal best is planned for the day of the event.

Who are we and what do we stand for? We stand for – more kilometers. It’s certainly not all just about kilometers, our prime focus is on personal progress and the achievement of desired goals, which one can safely reach with expert guidance and mentoring.
Founding of KM+ Coaching begins with a story of three brothers from Kvasina family who have been involved in the world of cycling as far back as 1992. From then until today, all three – Filip, Danijel and Matija – are part of the cycling world.
Gathering knowledge and experience from various segments of sports, today they work together as one unit, using their expertise to lead and coach those seeking for more productive results after training. The training itself requires a multidisciplinary approach and does not only consist of heart rate, kilometers, power and hours.
KM+ offers a unique and holistic approach that includes a wide spectrum of elements that are key to training, from personal development and motivation, functional exercises, physical therapy to nutrition.
Matija Kvasina is one of the coaches from Km+ and a former Croatian professional road cyclist who retired in 2017. For almost 20 years, he was a member of the Croatian road cycling team, including two appearances at the Beijing 2008 and Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games. Matija participated in the Rhone Alps Isere tour, he is a multiple champion of Croatia in the time trial and has many other top results. For the last 5 years, he has been fully committed to training others and spreading the knowledge and experience gained from a rich cycling career.
KM+ believes that every individual and the expectations are unique – both mentally and physically. Since Km+ has a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, by custom design training plans they also aim to make the best use of your training time.
Regardless of the time you have at your disposal, KM+ works with you to use it effectively, to achieve your desired goals and create a balance between your training and your time outside of it.
KM+ continuously monitors your results and adapts the training until they find what suits you best.
The packages are arranged according to the desired affinities with a minimum duration of 6 months. In addition to the training program, they include nutritional advice, recovery measures, motivation and technical and tactical advice.
