    C) Security Statement

    We accept online credit card payment using the T-Com Pay Way system. T-Com Pay Way applies the highest data protection standards – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and SHa512 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that the exchange of data between the T-Com system and the authorization centres of credit card companies is carried out in a private network which is protected from unauthorized access by a double firewall layer.

    Bike Triangle d.o.o undertakes to protect the customers’ personal data by collecting only the necessary, basic information on customers/users that are required to meet the obligations of Bike Triangle d.o.o.; informs customers on the way of use of the collected data; provides customers with the possibility to make choices regarding the use of their data on a regular basis, including the ability for them to opt if they want their name to be removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data are kept strictly confidential and are available only to those employees who require them to carry out their tasks. All employees and business partners of Bike Triangle d.o.o. are obliged to comply with the privacy principles.

    E) Terms of Delivery

    Republic of Croatia

    Terms of delivery are provided when ordering every single product together with the total cost of delivery in case of ordering multiple products. We offer free delivery on orders over HRK 500.00 in the Republic of Croatia only, as well as the articles marked for free delivery. For orders below HRK 500.00 there is flat fee of HRK 35.00. The standard delivery usually lasts 5 to 7 workdays.

    International Deliveries

    Terms of delivery are provided when ordering every single product together with the total cost of delivery in case of ordering multiple products. For all international orders there is flat fee of HRK 135.00. We provide internationally delivery to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Slovenia and Italy. If you would like to place an order from some other country, you have to contact the seller directly in order to get an official offer. The standard delivery usually lasts 7 to 10 workdays.

    Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods as well as in other situations that may cause delivery delays.

    F) Return Information

    If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, you can return it and get the full refund together with the cost of delivery, if charged (only for returns of full orders).

    Where items are being returned we must insist that they are returned unopened, unused and in their own original packaging.

    You will cover the cost of delivery to our warehouse for the products you return (via mail or courier service), except in case of return or change of faulty products, when any such cost is covered by Bike Triangle d.o.o.     Notes

    Returns and replacements must be agreed beforehand.

     

    If you want to be refunded, you must provide the products that meet the return requirements as well as a copy of the relevant receipt and the bank account number (IBAN) to which the funds will be paid.

     

    The refund will be made in accordance with the statutory period of 14 days (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act), i.e. after the returned parcel is accepted at our warehouse.

     

    In case of return, the buyer is responsible for proper packaging of the product/s into a cardboard box to prevent damaging of the product/s when transported. The products damaged because they were not properly packed by the buyer (e.g. Returned products wrapped in paper or bag) will not be eligible for refund.

     

    The products must be returned without delay, and not later than 14 days as of your unilateral termination of the agreement.

    Transportation damages, wrong and faulty products

    The payment sums will be expressed in the Croatian national currency (Kuna). The charged amount will be converted on your credit card amount into your local currency at the currency exchange rate of the credit card association.

    H) General Terms and Conditions

    Products

    The offered products include cycling clothing labelled with the Istria300 and ALE cycling brands. ALE cycling is the producer of cycling gear from Verona, Italy (www.alecycling.com).

    Prices
    The prices are specified in Kunas, inclusive of VAT. The prices, terms of payment and sale prices are applicable only when placing a particular order and can be changed without prior notice.

    Orders

    Placing of orders in our online shop is possible 24/7. You can place an order as either registered or unregistered user. All products found in our online are on stock in our warehouse and available for order in limited quantities. If a particular product is not available when a particular order is placed, we will inform the buyer and offer them a similar replacement product or refund. It is buyer’s responsibility to enter accurate and complete data when registering and placing the order.
