Catherine Rossmann from Germany is a lawyer and a passionate female road cyclist. She is riding more than 20.000km a year and won the legendary Ötztaler Radmarathon in 2022. Through her attitude, approach and success, Catherine became the role model for female road cycling. Catherine participated in 2023 for the first time at Istria300 and finished in second place.

Mia Radotić is a former female Croatian road cyclist pro and a local hero. Road cycling is part of her whole life, and it is her passion. Mia is Istria300 Ladies coach and is responsible for the sportive part. Mia will provide training plans and workouts.
